Digital Products
All digital products are final sale.
Due to the nature of digital files, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please reach out and I’ll be happy to help.
Original Artwork & Physical Products
All original artwork and physical art pieces are final sale.
Each piece is carefully photographed and described to represent its size, color, and detail as accurately as possible. Because original artwork is one-of-a-kind, returns are not accepted.
That said — I deeply care about your experience.
If your artwork:
- arrives damaged, or
- has a significant issue related to shipping or condition
please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. I will always do my best to make it right.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
Shipping delays or carrier handling issues are outside of my control, but I’m happy to assist with claims when applicable. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
