Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Refund & Return Policy
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of our digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
Physical Products (including artwork):
At this time, all original artwork is considered final sale. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Policy Summary:
- Custom or commissioned work is non-returnable*
- Returns accepted only if item arrives damaged or incorrect
- Contact within 14 days of delivery to request a return
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated
5. Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Physical orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer and will include estimated timelines on the product page. Digital products are processed and fulfilled immediately.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotions.
Domestic & International Shipping:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is out of our control. If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. That said, we’re happy to help where we can, so please reach out if something goes wrong.
Shipping Address Responsibility:
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
